30th Anniversary: Celebrating its 30th year, the Cigar Smoker is a one-of-a-kind fundraising gala benefiting the Fort Worth Public Libraries. The event was inspired by Andrew Carnegie’s 1899 challenge to solicit donations equal to the price of a good cigar to help fund the Fort Worth Library. Sponsors and guests enjoy an unforgettable evening featuring a cocktail reception, tastings from local distilleries, Cuban cigar rolling, a three-course dinner, live music, premium cigars, and exciting live and silent auctions.
